SERVICES
Our facilities are set in just over 4 acres, with the added benefit of having 4 individual exercise runs. With all the fun outside we also have the daycare unit too, with rainy days more often and not the daycare unit is a perfect space to continue the fun indoors. All dogs will have copious amounts of playtime, socialisation and most of all love and attention. Our Kennels and daycare are run by a family team who are all first aid trained. So when your dogs stay with us they will be familiar with every person they see.
Boarding Services
Each space comprises of a spacious relaxing area using our HiK9 beds to add the extra comfort while relaxing and sleeping. All of the 14 kennels have attached outdoor areas so when your dog comes in for sleep time they still have the option of their outdoor space. Floors are tiled to keep up with the cleanliness of the kennels making it quick and easy to maintain. With the kennel block being south facing there is plenty of natural light to help keep the homely feeling throughout the stay. During the colder seasons all rooms have their own underfloor heating. We do supply bedding and blankets. You are also welcome to bring along your dogs own blankets for added comfort.
Kennel rooms run in a single corridor, this helps reduce the stress of dogs being face to face, dogs either side have a solid partition. The kennels have modern fixtures and fittings.
We also have the luxury of having 4 large outdoor exercise paddocks fully fenced our boarders get full use of these spaces weather this is socialising with other dogs or individual playtime, we can cater for all of your dogs needs. All aspects of the premises has full cctv at all times.
We also advise that dogs staying with us keep to their own diet to avoid any upset tummies while coming to stay with us. So all food should be brought with them and labelled accordingly.
All dogs need to be fully vaccinated with Kennel cough and Boosters these are all required to be kept upto date, if your dog arrives to board and doesn't have the required vaccination's unfortunately we will be unable to board your dog with us.
When possible we like dogs to socialise and be sociable with other dogs when staying with us, all dogs that are mixed will be checked beforehand and if for whatever reason they are unable to mix we also have the facility that they will still get 1-1 time. Please make us aware if you do not want your dog to socialise.
Daycare Services
We have room for 20 dogs in our daycare building and also the added benefit of the outside facilities dogs have access to the indoor area and outdoor areas at all times. It will be supervised at all times by an experienced member of staff all of our staff onsite are Dog first aid trained. Dogs have the opportunity to get involved in balls games, socialisation with the other dogs, endless cuddles and lots of opportunities if they want to rest. All dogs must be 100% friendly as we have a zero tolerance to aggressive dogs, if during your dogs daycare session with us any aggression is shown you will be contacted and asked to collect your dog. This is to enable the safety of all the other dogs in daycare. Settler sessions will be required to any new dogs wishing to attend so our staff can assess if your dog would be suitable in our setting.
We Require you to leave your dog with us for an hour induction, unfortunately we are unable to invite owners into daycare centre for the settling sessions.
Discounts available for full week bookings or additional dogs.
We do ask that all dogs that come to daycare are fully vaccinated including kennel cough, a copy of your dogs vaccination card will need to be provided before admission. We are a free play daycare (no kennels) so all dogs mix together during the day: all breeds and sizes mix together.
Male dogs must be neutered, and female dogs we would prefer to be spayed (they will not be able to attend daycare during their seasons).
Our daycare is open 5 days a week Mon- Friday 7.30am-5.30pm
We only offer full days at daycare.
